MURDER TO THE TUNE OF SEVEN BLACK NOTES!

Severin Films will release Lucio Fulci's MURDER TO THE TUNE OF SEVEN BLACK NOTES on DVD later this year!

At last! Lucio Fulci's masterpiece The Psychic (aka Sette note in nero / Murder to the Tune of the Seven Black Notes) will hit DVD this fall. Along with a 16x9 transfer of the uncut version of this long out-of-print film, the DVD will include a never-before-published interview with Fulci as well as interviews with cast and crew. This seminal release will street on October 30th along with the official DVD premiere of the uncut version of Fulci's acclaimed sex comedy The Eroticist (which will also contain a Fulci interview and cast/crew featurette).

CIANIDE to work with the Goreboar!

Razorback Records is proud and honored to announce that we'll be doing a special re-issue of CIANIDE's "Death, Doom and Destruction" CD! This is the band's 3rd album originally released in 1997. It has been long since out of print and is a true gem of pure underground, no bullshit DEATH METAL from a band that has never given up and still continues to crush 20 years after they were born. The re-issue will include "The Truth" 7" EP release from 1998 as bonus tracks, liner notes, photos, and will be remastered by Patrick Bruss from Crypticus who recently remastered the Impetigo re-issues on Razorback so expect some really killer sound! The release will have brand new cover art along with the original cover inside for the die hard purists.

CRYPTICUS 2nd album update!

Razorback Records is very excited to announce the 2nd album from Colorado's "supernatural horror death metal band", CRYPTICUS! The new album is titled "THEY CALLED ME MAD" and will be released on Razorback in early 2008! The album has been over 2 years in the making and the band now has a real drummer! There are 13 songs written and vocalist/guitar/mastermind Patrick Bruss will be uploading a new song on his official myspace page next month!

In the meantime, Patrick has sent us a special mp3 preview track that has parts from several songs mixed together but with no vocals yet. It's titled "They Called Me Mad(preview)" and can ONLY be found on the Razorback Records web site! (NOT myspace!). Right click and save as...
